Brunel Engineering Services manufacturer a range of Vacuum Conveyors in a various sizes.
These provide a hold-down force to keep paper and board products firmly pinned down while they undertake further processing operations like Tape Application, Tipping or Glueing.
Our smallest has a belt 500mm wide and has a working length of 1mtr.
Standard sizes include;
500 x 1mtr 840 x 1.75mtr
500 x 1.25mtr 840 x 2.5mtr
500 x 2mtr 840 x 3.5mtr
500 x 3mtr 1100 x 2mtr
500 x 8mtr 1200 x 2mtr

Our Vacuum Conveyors are variable speed, typically up to 100 linear m/min, via a simple Turn-Pot control. We use an inverter drive with Digital input option, should you require to control the speed from an external source
Normally single phase supply, however 3 phase is possible.
Every Vacuum Conveyor has an individual start / stop circuit for Conveyor and Vacuum and a Safety circuit with E-Stops.
Vacuum fans can easily be hinged downward to clear any obstructions that may have been carried over. Fans are linked to the safety circuit.
Adjustable for height at each end, the units can be installed out-of-level if desired
Our conveyors are solidly constructed from welded steel frames, you can safely stand on them! We do not use flimsy aluminium frame materials
