Hotmelt Glue Premelt Tank
The Brunel Engineering Services HM25 Premelt Tank.
Our HM25 melting pot is designed to melt wax or oil based materials up to a temperature of 180°C via a choice of thermostats.
The heated material can then be decanted into another vessel by turning a handle driven a gear pump, with the heated material flowing out via a nozzle into your receiving container.
The HM25 can be used to melt candle and paraffin waxes, tar, butter based products, chocolate or EVA based hot melt glues in chip, prills, slat, pillow or block forms.
Hot melt hand guns such as Reka, Bhunnan, Power Adhesives etc. can be topped up using the HM25.
Larger Hot melt tanks, e.g. Robatech®, Nordson, ITW, Valco- Melton can also be topped up using the HM 25 mounted on rails over the lid opening on the host tank.
The HM25 can melt 6 litres of material every 30-60 minutes and can be motorised.
Our HM25 can be finished in stainless steel instead of powder coated mild steel.
Versions with fixed thermostat to 150°C or a variable thermostat either 30-90°C or 60-190°C are available.
