Designed to provide a consistent hold-down force, this Vacuum Conveyor System ensures paper and board materials remain firmly secured during critical downstream operations such as tape application, printing & gluing. The result is improved accuracy, reduced waste, and enhanced overall efficiency.
Built with flexibility in mind, the conveyor features electronically variable speed control, operating between 20 and 60 metres per minute, allowing it to be perfectly matched to your application requirements. Powered by a standard 230v AC supply, it integrates easily into existing production environments.
Operator control and safety are at the forefront of the design. The unit includes separate on/off pushbuttons for both the main conveyor drive and vacuum fans, along with two emergency stop pushbuttons and interlocked fan casings that require manual reset after activation—ensuring maximum safety and compliance.
Maintenance is quick and straightforward thanks to the hinged vacuum fan assembly, which can be easily lowered to clear any debris or obstructions. The fan is fully integrated into the safety circuit for added protection.
The conveyor is height adjustable from 840mm to 950mm and can be installed level or inclined end-to-end, providing excellent adaptability for different production setups. Mobility is also built in, with swivel locking wheels for easy positioning and adjustable levelling feet for secure installation.
Supplied as a standalone base unit (pictured without attachments), this vacuum conveyor provides the ideal foundation for integration with Brunel reel-fed, Double Sided Tape Applicators and other processing equipment—making it a versatile and future-proof investment for your operation.
