The BES Card Attaching Line from Brunel Engineering Services is a fully integrated automated system designed for accurately feeding, gluing, and attaching CR80 cards onto a backing card, for a wide range gift card packs, credit card and promotional applications.

Engineered for reliability, precision, and continuous production, the system combines vacuum transport technology, MultiFeeder Friction Feeding, and Precision Adhesive Application to deliver consistent high-quality results with minimal operator intervention.

How the BES Card Attaching Line Works

The line consists of a 2 metre long x 500mm wide BES Vacuum Transport Conveyor fitted with two MFT Friction Feeders to create a seamless automated card attaching process.

Process Overview

• The first MFT friction feeder accurately feeds backing cards onto the vacuum conveyor.
• The vacuum conveyor securely transports the backing card through the line while maintaining precise positioning.
• A glue application head applies adhesive to the designated area of the backing card.
• The second MFT friction feeder then feeds a CR80 card directly onto the adhesive area with high positional accuracy.
• Once the card pack is completed, the finished product transfers onto a shingle conveyor ready for the next production process.
