Brunel Engineering Services design and manufacture a comprehensive range of high-performance Tray Erectors, available in multiple model sizes with production speeds of up to 37 trays per minute.
Engineered for reliability, flexibility, and fast changeovers, our tray erecting systems are suitable for a wide range of corrugated packaging applications, from standard symmetrical trays to specialist designs with integral lids, including pizza-style trays.
Each machine is configured with either a centrally positioned forming head for symmetrical trays, or an offset forming head for specialist tray formats. Tool-free change parts allow operators to switch between tray sizes quickly and efficiently, minimising downtime and maximising production flexibility.

All change parts are pre-set and can be exchanged within minutes without the use of tools, enabling rapid setup for new tray formats. Glue patterns are stored within the machine controller memory for easy recall, while glue guns can be repositioned laterally when required.
